We volunteered at the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival for the 5th straight year but before arriving we paid a visit to Bonnie and Oliver at their Earth, Sky, Time Community Farm in Manchester VT. We woofed with them in 2008 and have remained friends. We camped in their yard and helped them pick apples.

Then it was off to the festival where we worked our usual security gig and re-connected with all our early volunteer friends. Grandma joined us on Thursday as did Jaime, Denu and their two lovely girls. The rain held off, we spent much time at the dance tent and the kid tent watching the clown and the Storycrafters. I rocked out to a great new contraband GIANT ROBOT DANCE and Colleen made a drum. Lots of fun, we celebrated Grandmas 72nd birthday and called Gaelen in Ohio to wish him a happy 9th birthday and rounded off the weekend with a birthday pizza dinner in great Barrington before heading for home.
