The gals and Celestine

We hosted our third WWOOFer from July 11th to July 16th. Celestine is from Cambridge Massachusetts and she fit right into our family. She camped in the woods and helped out in the garden as well as the Worcester Community Garden.

She was also a great friend to Ambiana, reading her books, playing with her and even hanging out with her when Colleen had an appointment in Hardwick while I stayed home with Jakobi.

SolarFest

Our little ball of energy

We spent the weekend of July 16th-18th at Solarfest in Southern VT. Our favorite part was the theatre in the woods! There were also many workshops on green building and solar power, Bill Mckibbon spoke and there was fun music to rock out to including the Rubblebucket Orchestra.

Melon Face

Our little melon Face is almost ONE!, She has begun to stand without support though she won’t take a step. She loved the tent at solarfest! and the yummy Melon at dinner!

Ambiana loved the kid’s tent where Colleen volunteered and had her face painted everyday!
