Day 8

Our flight left on time at 12:50am and the take off was uneventful. There were beautiful views of Anchorage below as we ascended to cruising altitude.

We both slept most of the way to Seattle where we arrived early and had plenty of time to make our connection to Detroit. We also arrived early in Detroit which was great because we arrived at Gate A2 and our departing flight for Boston was as Gate A78 and I swear we walked a mile down the airport terminal to it.

Our flight to Boston left on time as well and with a tailwind of 112 mph we made it to Boston in under 2 hours.

We landed at sunset, early and our luggage was waiting for us when we arrived at the baggage carousel and the Silver Line arrived just as we reach the bus stop and when we transferred to the Red Line a train was approaching. Soon we were in Porter Square, a quick walk to John’s, stuff some Chocolate Bears in his doorway and then we were off to Greenfield where Molly had made a bed up for me in the living room and I climbed into it and was soon asleep. Gaelen is off the next day to Pico Mountain for a demo day while I was up at 6am for the 2 hour drive to FTY and my Tuesday shift
